Come practice in paradise with us!
Your teachers Alicia Waite , Christi Silbaugh and Taylor Ann will be leading you through transformational yoga classes, shamanic frequency healing, and nourishing meals to help transform your mind body and spirit…in paradise!
Picture it…Morning practice, nourishing food, champagne sail, Beach sun and swim, see the stingrays, sunset yoga, shamanic frequency healing. Wholesome dinners and yummy healthy desserts. Workshops on self growth, self love, embracing imperfections, and shifting into new possibilities.

Arrivals
5pm Healthy Appetizers and tropical cocktails await!
6:30pm Dinner, introductions, explore the property, pool, beach.
Saturday
7:30-8:30 am Morning flow/ Intention meditation
9am Breakfast
10-11:30 Beach/self love workshop (30min walk with journal prompt)
12-1pm Lunch
2-4pm snorkeling, swimming (weather permitted)
4-5 break and get ready for dinner
6-7pm *Formal dinner
7:30 – 8:30 dance circle, music

We are keeping this intimate so we can grow and heal together in a safe setting. Only 10 spots total! 4 spots have already been claimed leaving only 6 spots left. Don’t miss out!

To reserve your spot email us at zenwithintheden@gmail.com today to place your deposit and guarantee you get to come relax and heal with us. Deposit to hold is $250, with payments required every other month until balance is paid in full. The remaining total will need to be paid by February 4th. Deposit is non-refundable as it will be holding space for you and we have very limited space.
*All inclusive means that everything at the house is provided. Food and entertainment outside the venue is not provided. The house will have all main meals and some snacks as well as some cocktails (wine and champagne as well as food supplies are very limited in the bahamas). You are welcome to bring snacks or other drinks you will like, we encourage it!
*Inner Mermaid photo fun – Embrace your inner mermaid. We will be hosting a mermaid themed evening. Pick out your favorite bathing suit (think teals, ocean colors, mermaid print etc) that makes you feel 
, and we will provide face jewels, paint, and glitter. Prepare to embrace your inner Ariel and feel so beYOUtiful.
*Formal night Bring your favorite dressy dress and heels, for a night of glamor good food and dancing fun.
